Shipping Policy

 

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Damo's Dips N Rips is unable to deliver to a Parcel Locker & Parcel Collect addresses.

 

If the wrong address has been entered, Damo's Dips N Rips is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

 

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Damo's Dips N Rips will inform you of this and will submit a redelivery request at buyers expense. 

 

Order Dispatch


All orders will be dispatched within 7 days. We complete shipping on Friday's however, if you need your items sooner we do offer express post at an additional cost to you. Please contact us if you wish to have your package express posted.


Please be mindful of pre ordered items and special order items, as these may require additional time before they’re ready to ship.


Rest assured, we’re dedicated to getting your order out the door and on its way to you as swiftly as possible, without compromising the care and quality we put into each package.


Order Tracking


Once your order is booked, you'll receive tracking information via email and/or SMS to monitor its progress. It's important to understand that we see the same tracking updates you do—we do not have additional insights beyond what's provided by the courier which is the same as what you can see in your tracking. 


We encourage you to track your order regularly. For any issues or delays after your order has been dispatched, please contact the courier directly as they will have the most up-to-date information on your delivery.
Shipping Times


Shipping times vary depending on location. The following is a rough estimate:
Metro NSW/VIC/QLD/ACT - 3 - 5 business days. 
Metro WA/SA/TAS - 5 -7 business days 
Rural NSW/VIC/QLD/ACT 5 -7 business days
Rural WA/SA/TAS/NT 8 - 10 business days


Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. 


Shipping Costs


To keep shipping as affordable as possible and our prices competitive, some items may be packed inside other boxes or seperated during the packing process by our team. Please be sure to check every box carefully, before concluding that an item is missing.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will respond to you within 48 hours to acknowledge your complaint. Once we receive this request we will begin an investigation to evaluate the issue and make it right. You must provide a picture as soon as you have opened your package, if you are contacting us regarding missing items or the wrong order.


We are not liable for any damage or missing items that occurs during transit. If you have not purchased insurance, please contact your courier to discuss any issues or concerns.
