Returns Policy

Refund/Change of Mind 
Due to the nature of products we supply, please choose carefully as we do not facilitate refunds or returns for change of mind. 
Returns/Replacements
We do not accept returns. We will, however, send a replacement or offer a refund if you have received the wrong product or an item is missing and we have determined the fault has been a direct cause of our own.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. We encourage you to keep a copy of your return tracking information. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
