What payment methods are accepted?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, & Direct Deposit. 

Your card/account will be debited at the time of purchase.

Tip: The transaction will appear on your statement as Damo's Dips N Rips. 


How secure is my payment information?
 

Credit and Debit card details are processed using at least SSL 128 bit encryption and are not stored by us.

Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on key details before we proceed to fill the order. In this event, we will contact you. In some cases, this may delay your order by a short period.

My payment has declined
 

There may be a number of reasons why your payment has declined. Some common reasons are:
 

• Billing details are incorrect or outdated 

• Order exceeds available funds 

• Your institution has blocked the transaction 
   

In order to ensure your details are safe and secure, after three payment declines you will not be able to place an order for 24 hours. This is just in case someone is trying to use your details, we take your privacy very seriously!
